The dual-line issues are the scarcer type for the Titus restoration series.

TITUS issued a commemorative series in 80AD and all coins 
are stylistically similar to the originals. The only 
difference was an addition of Titus' name and a mention of 
"Rest." in the reverse legend. All coins of this series are 
quite scarce.
